$15 per signature + $75 flat travel fee.
Services rendered after-hours, on weekends, holidays, and at medical facilities may be subject to an additional fee

During I-PEN, we verify your identity and witnesses the signing process, ensuring the integrity and authenticity of the electronic documents.
Loan Signing
For borrowers embarking on a new home purchase or seeking to refinance their existing mortgage, the necessity of notarizing loan documents is paramount. The purpose of this process is to validate the identity of the signer, ensuring the authenticity and validity of the transaction.

Acknowledgments and Affidavits
